Our Company, Euro-Matic Műanyagfeldolgozó Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (hereinafter referred to as: “Provider”, “we” or “us”) lays down the general rules for the services available on the website https://pure-matic.com (hereinafter referred to as: “the Website”) and the use of the Website in present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: “GTC”) in order to ensure that both the use of the Website and our services can be smooth for the visitors of the Website and the recipients of those services that are available on the Website (hereinafter collectively referred to as: “Client” or “you”).

We hereby inform you that, for example, on the parameters and description of the products we provide information on the Website, within the Products menu item, they are not included in the provisions of the GTC. The product images and photos displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from reality, as well as the product descriptions are given for information purposes only.

We hereby inform you that the language of the contract is Hungarian and the contract does not qualify as a written contract, they are not filed, thus they cannot be accessed or viewed afterwards. We do not subject ourselves to any code of conduct.

2) Definitions

  • Newsletter: our service through which subscribers can be informed about our news, services and products by subscribing to the newsletter service based on their consent.
  • Subscriber: person subscribing to our newsletters.
  • Direct Marketing Inquiry: contacting those persons who have previously gave their consent to direct marketing inquiries, either by post, e-mail or telephone (SMS).
  • Facebook page: Provider’s Facebook page available at https://www.facebook.com/purematic
  • Contact: the contact details available on the Website and the collective name of the contact form through which the visitors of the Website and the Customers can contact us.
  • Contacting person: who establishes contact with us via the Contact menu item.
  • Our Services: Sending newsletters, providing direct marketing inquiries, contact, complaint handling, operating a Facebook page, assistance in connection with guarantee issues, request for quotations.
  • Recipient of the services available on the Website: the collective name of Customer, Subscriber, Contacting person and recipients of additional services available on the Website.
  • Client: collective name of the person visiting the Website, and the person using the services available on the Website.

We provide our services lawfully and fairly as well as in a transparent manner to our Clients, including you, and we also respect your fundamental rights and freedoms. With our wide range of products and expert care, we strive to ensure that you are always served to your satisfaction as a Customer. We strive to provide support and assistance to you regarding our products and services.

4) Provider’s services

As a website visitor, you can freely browse and search our full product range. Moreover, you can subscribe to our newsletter, contact us at any of the contact details provided on the Website, or request a quotation by clicking on the “Request a Quote” button.

5) Facebook page

We operate a Facebook page at facebook.com/purematic, where we share information and images relating to our professional portfolio, services and products. You can express your opinion and send us messages there. We analyse visitor activity with Facebook’s Site Analysis function; you can subscribe by pressing the “Like” button.

As a Provider, we comply with the law and Facebook’s Community Standards and Terms of Service; visitors must also comply. Learn more at Community Standards and Terms of Service. Unlawful or objectionable content may be deleted, and serious violations may be reported to Facebook and pursued legally.

Contents on our Facebook page are protected by copyright (Act LXXVI of 1999). Unlawful use may have civil and criminal consequences.

You may consent to our newsletter service and/or direct marketing inquiries (post, e-mail, or telephone/SMS) via the Website (under “Contact” or “Request a quote”) by checking the relevant boxes. For newsletters, provide your name and e-mail; for direct marketing, provide name, e-mail, phone number and address and accept our Privacy Notice and these GTC.

You may withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing [email protected]. Newsletters also include an “Unsubscribe” link.

8) Legal remedies

8.1) Handling complaints (consumers)

If you qualify as a consumer under Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection, you can submit complaints regarding our products or services in writing, electronically, or orally at our customer service (on weekdays, during opening hours):

Oral complaints are investigated and remedied without delay when possible; otherwise, a report is taken on the spot. Written complaints are investigated and answered within 30 days; rejections include reasons. We retain complaint records and responses for five years.

8.2) Other remedies

If a consumer dispute is not resolved, you may:

  • Submit a complaint to the competent consumer protection authority of your residence/habitual residence: see jarasinfo.gov.hu.
  • Apply to a Conciliation Board (out-of-court dispute resolution). The board competent over our registered office is the Budapest Conciliation Board (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.; Tel.: +36 1 488-2131; Fax: +36 1 488-2186; E-mail: [email protected]).   • Seek judicial remedy under Act V of 2013 (Civil Code) and Act CXXX of 2016 (Code of Civil Procedure).

8.3) Remedies for undertakings

Undertakings may initiate proceedings before the competent Conciliation Board over their registered office (or other competent board), or seek judicial remedy as per the above. We are obliged to cooperate with the Conciliation Board.

9) Liability

Services are used at your own risk. We are not liable for material/non-material damages incurred during use, or for failures/interruptions caused by your internet connection. You are solely responsible for your conduct, including on our Facebook page. We may (but are not obliged to) monitor content you make available while using our services.

You are responsible for the authenticity/accuracy of personal data you provide. Ensure the operability and up-to-date status of your e-mail and phone number. We are not liable for damages arising from failure to fulfil these obligations. Our Website/Facebook/Newsletter/Direct marketing may contain links to other providers; we are not liable for their practices.

Due to the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with applicable national law. If any activity related to the Website is not permitted under your state’s law, you are solely liable. If you notice objectionable content on the Website, notify us without delay; we may delete or modify the information accordingly.

We are not liable for defects caused by you or persons acting on your behalf (e.g., damage during intended use, intentional damage, negligent handling, misuse in unsuitable environment, improper installation/repair). In case of breach of contract, we are liable only for foreseeable damage (predictable at contract conclusion). Our liability is limited to the net purchase price of the delivered defective product. We undertake no additional warranties/guarantees beyond mandatory law and these GTC, and exclude liability as to whether a product suits your intended purpose.

10) Force majeure

We are not liable for damages, delays, or non-conformity resulting from events beyond our control (e.g., war, strike, natural/industrial disaster, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, fire, state of emergency). We will notify you promptly in writing if such events occur. Deadlines are suspended during the force majeure period and extended by the time needed to eliminate the event. If delivery is affected, we will inform you of the expected new delivery date.

11) Copyright

The Website as a whole, its graphic elements, text and technical solutions, and elements of our services are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights (including trademarks). We are the copyright owners of all content displayed on the Website and in the provision of Website-available services. Saving/printing is allowed only for private use or with prior written permission. Any other use (database storage, transmission, publication, downloading, placing on the market) requires prior written permission.

Registration/use of the Website or these GTC does not grant any right to use our trade names/trademarks except for display related to designated use and temporary reproduction required for that. We reserve all rights to our services, in particular the pure-matic.com domain, subdomains, and reserved domains/sub-pages/internet ad spaces. Listing/organizing/archiving/hacking/decrypting source code is prohibited unless specially permitted.

12) Data protection

Your personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, strictly following data protection rules, solely for the purpose and to the extent/time necessary; we do not process special category data. 13) Final provisions

Hungarian law shall prevail. All provisions of these GTC shall be interpreted independently; if any part becomes inapplicable by court/authority decision, remaining provisions stay in force. Written communication includes postal letters sent to the parties’ specified addresses and e-mails sent to the specified addresses. Postal notices are deemed delivered upon evidenced delivery or on the 5th day after posting, even if delivery failed for reasons in the addressee’s interest (e.g., “unclaimed”, “moved”, “unknown”). Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver.

For matters not regulated here, the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce and on Information Society Services, Government Decree No. 45/2014. (II. 26.) on contracts between consumers and undertakings, Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection and the relevant legal provisions apply.

14) Scope and amendment

These GTC are available electronically at pure-matic.com/en/gtc/. The provisions enter into force on 1 October 2025. The GTC in force at the time of the service apply to users. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these GTC and will inform Website visitors sufficiently in advance by indicating amended parts, availability of the amended GTC, and the effective date.
